Columbia is around 35 miles from my home in Hattiesburg, but I decided to make the trip due to poor treatment and substandard service at my local GMC dealership in Hattiesburg. I am glad I did because the entire experience at Walt Massey GMC was very smooth and straightforward. My sales representative, AJ, was courteous and professional as was the finance manager, Kasch.
