You’re guaranteed an exchange under the following conditions. The vehicle must be returned to the dealership where it was purchased or leased within three (3) business days prior to 5 PM CST. If the final day falls on a day when the dealership is closed, the period is extended by one day. The vehicle must be in “like new” condition, free from dents, scratches, stains, smoking, pet odors, or other damages, and it must not have been in an accident. The vehicle must be driven less than 300 miles. If driven over 300 miles, you may still return it, but a fee of $1.00 per additional mile will be charged.
